Anyone who works with wood oil must clean their brushes thoroughly - otherwise, that’s the end of reusability.  OLI-NATURA brush cleaner is biodegradable, vegan, and reliably removes oils, waxes, paints, lacquers, fats, soot, tar and bitumen - all without a pungent smell. Whether in the workshop or at home, this cleaner is a true all-rounder. Its formula is based on water, coconut fatty acid, cellulose and natural orange peel oil from Citrus sinensis. This makes it not only gentle on natural-hair bristles, but also environmentally friendly. Important: It is best to immerse brushes immediately after use in the bio brush cleaner - this is the most effective way to dissolve the coating and keep the bristles nice and supple. How to use: Simply pour some cleaner into a container, immerse the brush and work it through until no residue is visible. Then rinse with water, wipe dry, leave to dry - done!

The high-quality »OLI-AQUA POLISH 15.95« is recommended for initial care, refreshing, and after every deep cleaning of all sealed parquet and cork floors. It is also excellently suited for the care of factory UV-sealed engineered wood flooring. »OLI-AQUA POLISH 15.95« preserves the beauty of the floor for a long time and provides an additional care film that helps prevent wear of the seal, protects against foot traffic marks and scratches, and gives the surface a satin-matte appearance. The composition of this basic parquet care product meets high ecological standards and is particularly economical to use. Simply apply it undiluted in an even, thin film to the thoroughly cleaned surface using a floor wiper or lint-free wide mop, allow it to dry - and you're done! One application is sufficient.

PreOilCleaner thoroughly cleans and ensures optimal preparation of untreated or freshly sanded wooden surfaces such as furniture, stairs, parquet and paneling. It increases the wood’s absorbency and minimizes tannin reactions in tannin-rich woods such as oak. Suitable for all types of wood, it is diluted with water and applied before oiling. Mix the product with warm water and apply evenly in a slightly damp layer using a wrung-out cotton cloth or sponge. For floors, a slightly damp mop is recommended. Allow the wooden surface to dry thoroughly. After complete drying, carry out intermediate sanding if necessary, remove dust, and then treat with an OLI-NATURA oil of your choice. This product is NOT suitable for regular, daily cleaning. When using the OLI-NATURA Antique reactive stain, the surface should NOT be treated with PreOilCleaner beforehand.

Projektöl has now become a classic among impregnating oils and is the universal all-rounder. Thanks to its medical-grade isoparaffin content, it has very high self-penetration. It is therefore easy to apply, absorbs quickly, and does not require vigorous polishing. This makes Projektöl ideal for serial furniture production and components with complex geometries. Projektöl is suitable for almost all indoor woodworking projects - whether for wooden or framed furniture, wall paneling, doors, or stairs. The solids content is 60%, so a single application is entirely sufficient for furniture subject to normal wear. Stairs or tabletops, however, require more protection. A second application is recommended here. The oil can be applied easily with a brush, pad, cloth, roller, sponge, or spray gun. After a short absorption time, the oil should be polished again with a cotton cloth or oil-absorbing cloth. This minimizes differences in gloss that can result from the wood’s varying absorption behavior. With Projektöl in “Natural”, the wood-enhancing effect is very pronounced. There is also the colored Projektöl. The UV-stable pigments tint the wood surfaces transparently. To test the oil’s effect, we offer you a convenient sample size.

The “OLI-NATURA Project Oil,” based on natural oils, is used for the colored treatment of furniture, stairs, and floorboards made from almost all types of wood. It has a solids content of 60%, penetrates deeply into the pores, and reliably protects the wood from within. It does not form a surface film, but instead provides an open-pore impregnation. Thanks to the Project Oil’s high inherent penetration, it is particularly easy to apply and highly productive. With just one or two coats, highly water- and dirt-repellent wood surfaces are achieved that are easy to maintain and repair. There are four colors that preserve the natural charm of the wood and enhance the tactile quality of the surface. The pigments preserve the wood’s grain pattern and give the surface a natural color. At the same time, the UV-stable color pigments help counteract the wood’s natural color change for as long as possible.  The Project Oil is ideal for all lye-treated, untreated, sanded, or new wood surfaces, and is also suitable for oriented strand boards (OSB) and cork indoors: whether for wooden or framed furniture, wall coverings, doors or kitchen furniture, parquet floors, or stairs. Easy to apply: Depending on the area of application, the product is applied in one or two working steps with a brush, a pad, or an oil roller, so that the entire wood surface is evenly wetted with a glossy finish. After a short penetration time, the excess is simply removed with a cotton cloth/oil-absorbing cloth and polished again. If required, a second coat can be applied after drying overnight without intermediate sanding.  For furniture subject to normal wear, a single coat is generally sufficient. Floors, stairs, or heavily used furniture require more protection, however. A second coat is recommended here.  To test the effect of the oil, we offer you a practical sample size. Quality: The “OLI-NATURA Project Oil” is based on modified vegetable oils such as linseed oil, medical-grade isoparaffin, and lead- and cobalt-free drying agents. We deliberately avoid using critical substances such as preservatives, formaldehyde, aromatics, biocides, cobalt salts, and oximes. The product dries inside the wood to form a tough-elastic finish in combination with atmospheric oxygen. The oiled surface remains open-pore and breathable. Due to its diffusion openness (water vapor permeability), the treated wood can absorb moisture from the indoor air and release it again when needed. This improves the indoor climate and increases people’s well-being. The cured material is harmless to humans, animals, and plants. It complies with DIN EN 71-3 (safety of toys) and DIN 53160 (resistance to saliva and perspiration), and is a construction product approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt).

CREATING A SAMPLE AREA - HERE'S HOW Step by step: Sanding Sand your chosen wood evenly - final sanding up to max. 180 grit. Make sure the sanding is clean - sanding mistakes are mercilessly visible with color oils. Masking off areas & preparing padsMask off equally sized test areas and cut 11 equally sized pad pieces - beige for massaging in, white for polishing. Shake the bottles thoroughlyThe color pigments tend to settle - so shake the bottle vigorously before use to distribute everything evenly. Apply the oilApply some oil to each test area and massage it in with the beige massage pad. Let it soak in briefly, then polish it with the white polishing pad.  Too much? Remove it!Is there still too much oil on the surface? First remove it with a soft cloth, then polish with the white pad. Leave to dryLet your sample dry overnight, then remove the masking tape. They can be used for intermediate sanding or to abrade an existing finish. They can also be used for cleaning sanding of weathered oiled wooden floors. The sanding result is approximately equivalent to grit 150. The standard pads are approximately 8 mm thick and have a diameter of 330mm (13').  Unlike sanding screens, the pad works more gently and leaves virtually no sanding marks. Unlike other pads, the sanding pad wears down during use. Approximately 10 - 15 m² can be treated with one side of the pad. However, this figure is only a non-binding guideline; the actual coverage depends greatly on the conditions on site.
