OLI NATURA® PreOilCleaner - Wood pretreatment before oiling OLI NATURA® PreOilCleaner is a cleaning pretreatment for untreated or freshly sanded wood surfaces. It thoroughly cleans the wood and prepares furniture, stairs, parquet flooring, and panels for the subsequent oil finish. The product is suitable for all types of wood. Better oil absorption and more intense coloration The pretreatment increases the wood's absorbency, improves oil absorption, and intensifies the coloration of colour oils. On tannin-rich woods such as oak, OLI NATURA® PreOilCleaner reduces tannin-related reactions and thus the risk of discoloration, tannin stains, and water marks. Application at a glance Dilute at a ratio of 1:4 with lukewarm water, apply evenly until the surface is damp but not wet, and allow to dry completely. If necessary, lightly sand between coats, remove dust, and then apply oil. Step-by-step instructions can be found in the “Application” tab. Important note: This product is NOT suitable for regular, daily cleaning. When using the reactive stain OLI NATURA® Antique, the surface must NOT be treated with OLI NATURA® PreOilCleaner beforehand.

Reactive pre-stain for oak woodVOC-free water-based reactive stain for tannin-rich woods such as oak. The pretreatment reacts with natural tannins and creates authentic fuming and graying effects - more eco-friendly and significantly easier to process than traditional ammonia fuming.Depending on the selected shade - Lye-Washed, Fumed, or Black Fumed - different aging effects are created, ranging from light fumed tones to deep black effects. The shades can be mixed with one another.In combination with OLI-NATURA oils, particularly deep and vibrant surface appearances are achieved.Suitable for both artisanal and industrial application (rolling, brushing, spraying, roller-coater). Subsequent treatment with oil or wax is required.Pre-wetting (water popping) should be avoided, as this affects the reaction in the wood.

This gentle yet powerful cleaning concentrate is ideal for all outdoor wood surfaces - from garden furniture to decking, whether made of untreated or oiled wood.It reliably removes green deposits, dirt and light signs of weathering, prevents them from quickly re-forming and optimally prepares the wood for subsequent oil treatment. Our 1-litre concentrate is highly economical and is mixed with water in a ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 - but can also be applied undiluted if required. Sustainably packaged: The bottle body is made of 100% recycled plastic (rPET) and is fully recyclable. The childproof push-and-turn cap ensures safe use.

These water-based wood stains in six colors are ready to use and can optionally be mixed together to create a wide range of shades. They are perfect for adding color to raw or stripped softwood and hardwood surfaces, ideal for a broad range of interior wood projects - from children's furniture and toys to stairs, doors, and paneling. Thanks to its clear staining effect, our wood stain highlights the natural beauty of the wood without concealing its texture. Application is simple: After wetting the wood and intermediate sanding, apply the stain with a brush or sponge, remove excess material, and allow it to dry. The treated surface can then be oiled, waxed, or lacquered as desired to achieve the desired finish. To prevent possible bleeding when overcoating with water-based lacquers, we recommend optionally mixing the stain with OLI-AQUA Hardener 13.2 in a ratio of 10:1.
