These water-based wood stains in six colors are ready to use and can optionally be mixed together to create a wide range of shades. They are perfect for adding color to raw or stripped softwood and hardwood surfaces, ideal for a broad range of interior wood projects - from children's furniture and toys to stairs, doors, and paneling. Thanks to its clear staining effect, our wood stain highlights the natural beauty of the wood without concealing its texture. Application is simple: After wetting the wood and intermediate sanding, apply the stain with a brush or sponge, remove excess material, and allow it to dry. The treated surface can then be oiled, waxed, or lacquered as desired to achieve the desired finish. To prevent possible bleeding when overcoating with water-based lacquers, we recommend optionally mixing the stain with OLI-AQUA Hardener 13.2 in a ratio of 10:1. The easy application of our wood stain enables both professionals and DIY enthusiasts to achieve excellent results.

Reactive pre-stain for oak woodVOC-free water-based reactive stain for tannin-rich woods such as oak. The pretreatment reacts with natural tannins and creates authentic fuming and graying effects - more eco-friendly and significantly easier to process than traditional ammonia fuming.Depending on the selected shade - Lye-Washed, Fumed, or Black Fumed - different aging effects are created, ranging from light fumed tones to deep black effects. The shades can be mixed with one another.In combination with OLI-NATURA oils, particularly deep and vibrant surface appearances are achieved.Suitable for both artisanal and industrial application (rolling, brushing, spraying, roller-coater). Subsequent treatment with oil or wax is required.Pre-wetting (water popping) should be avoided, as this affects the reaction in the wood.

Slight grain shedding is normal, and the workpiece should be dusted after sanding.The sanding sponge is reusable. Clean it thoroughly after each use to remove sanding dust and other contaminants. To do this, rinse the sanding sponge under running water and, if necessary, scrub it with a soft brush or cleaning cloth. If the sanding sponge is very dirty, use a mild cleaning agent if necessary. Then allow the sanding sponge to dry completely before using it again.
