Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €5.95 per order.

For orders of €100.00 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Yes - you can track your shipment. You will receive the necessary information by email when your order is shipped.

In addition to Germany, we deliver to Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Poland, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.

You can declare your withdrawal in two ways:

1. Use the withdrawal button displayed at the bottom of the page. Fill out the withdrawal form provided there and submit it.
2. Declare your withdrawal informally by email to shop24@oli-lacke.de. Alternatively, you can reply directly to the order confirmation.
