With or without hardener, this emissions-tested high-solid color oil brings current color inspiration from architecture, interior design, and craftsmanship to wooden floors, furniture, and stairs. Naturally beautiful, healthy for indoor living, and efficient to apply.
The transparent color palette with UV-resistant pigments can be mixed with one another. The shades Signal White and Light Ivory, with their calm, Scandinavian-inspired look, are ideal for light woods such as oak, ash, maple, birch, or spruce. Anyone wanting to showcase oak creatively can combine the HS Professional Oil with OLI-NATURA Antique reactive stain.
The long open time provides plenty of scope for buffing, offering a real advantage especially on larger surfaces. The low viscosity ensures pleasantly easy handling, while the fast curing time is impressive even without hardener. In combination with OLI-NATURA Hardener (mixing ratio 10:1), the curing time is significantly reduced and the surface’s resistance increases.
The certified quality is emissions-tested, DIBt-certified, and compliant with TRGS - ideal for professional use indoors.

Wood is unique - and that is exactly what makes it exciting. The color effect depends on the type of wood, its condition, sanding, and application. Our color images are for guidance only and may differ from the actual result. It is therefore best to test the color oil beforehand on a small area!
For testing: a practical sample set containing 11 × 20 ml of HS Professional Oil is available
PREPARATION
- Sand the wood surface professionally: Final sanding for furniture, max. 180 grit; for stairs and floors, 120 grit. Then thoroughly remove all dust from the surface. Remove dust thoroughly.
- Optional: Clean the surface with PreOilCleaner and water.
- Wood moisture: 8–12 %
- Substrate: Firm, dry, clean, sound and free from separating agents.
- Material application: Apply at room temperature.
⚠️ NOTE (if pre-treating with reactive stain for oak):
- When using OLI-NATURA Antique Reactive Stain, do not wet the surface beforehand and do not clean it with PreOilCleaner For 2K application (A+B components).
Shake/stir the A+B components well beforehand.
- Mix at a ratio of 10:1 (A:B)
- Mix thoroughly for approx. 1–2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Tip:
- Only mix as much as can be applied within approx.3 hours 3 Stunden APPLICATION ON FURNITURE, STAIRS, WORKTOPS
Stir/shake the oil vigorously before use.
- (Optional) For 2K application, mix component A (oil) and component B (hardener) thoroughly at a ratio of 10:1 until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Depending on the shape of the item, apply the oil with a brush, roller or directly to the surface, then distribute and massage it in evenly by hand or with an orbital sander using a beige pad. Make sure the surface is wetted evenly. If the oil is absorbed too quickly, apply a little more oil.
- Allow the oil to penetrate for a few minutes, then polish off the excess oil with a white polishing pad by hand or with an orbital sander until the surface is saturated and no longer appears wet. If there is too much oil on the surface, remove the excess with a cloth before polishing.\nThe surface must not feel sticky.

Die Oberfläche darf sich nicht klebrig anfühlen. - If needed, polish again the following day with a white polishing pad and a small amount of oil (5-10 ml/m²).
APPLICATION ON FLOORS
- (Optional) For 2K application, mix component A (oil) and component B (hardener) thoroughly at a ratio of 10:1 until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
- Depending on the shape of the item, apply the oil with a brush, roller or directly to the surface, then distribute and massage it in evenly by hand or with an orbital sander using a beige pad. Make sure the surface is wetted evenly. If the oil is absorbed too quickly, apply a little more oil.
- Apply the oil evenly in a thin coat using a spatula, oil roller, or oil brush. Work in sections of 5 to 15 m². Apply more oil to dry areas.
- Within 60–90 minutes, work in the oil with a single-disc or polishing machine (beige pad) until the wood is saturated. Alternatively, use a beige super hand pad and pad holder for a telescopic handle.
- For the final polish and to remove any excess oil, polish the surface by hand or with a polishing machine using an oil-absorbing cloth or white polishing pad. Do not leave any excess oil on the surface.
TECHNICAL DATA:
COVERAGE: 1 coat, depending on the type of wood and the absorbency of the substrate, approx. 20-40 ml/m² per coat (approx. 25-50 m²/l).
DRYING: Depending on humidity and temperature, the surface is dust-dry after 1-2 hours and fully cured after 2-3 days. During this time, protect it from water, do not clean it with a damp cloth, and handle it gently. Drying takes correspondingly longer at low temperatures and high humidity.
STORAGE: In the unopened original container, the oil can be stored for approx. 24 months, while the Hardener can be stored for approx. 6 months . Store in a cool, dry place. Use as soon as possible after opening.
Important: After dispensing, clean the container opening to prevent the closure from sticking due to dried-on oil or hardener residue.
CLEANING WORK TOOLS: OLI-NATURA brush cleaner or oil thinner.

Oiled wood surfaces retain their natural charm through regular cleaning and care. Dust and light dirt can be removed with a dry or slightly damp cloth - never wipe wet! Parquet should ideally be vacuumed or swept daily, as sand can cause fine scratches.
OLI-NATURA wood soap cleans gently without damaging the wood. For refreshing the surface, OLI-NATURA wood maintenance oil or - for light shades - the OLI-NATURA Refresher are suitable. Alternatively, the colored HS Professional Oil can be used as a pigmented maintenance oil mixed in a 1:2 ratio with OLI-NATURA oil thinner.
Care intervals depend on use and wear. If the surface becomes dull or repels water less effectively, it is time for re-oiling
The product is not subject to labeling requirements. The mixture is not classified as hazardous within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008. It does not need to be labeled with GHS hazard pictograms or signal words and is not classified as dangerous goods.
Safety instructions
Oil-soaked cloths/pads can spontaneously ignite due to heat buildup! Therefore, clean them immediately after use or store them under water. Keep out of reach of children.
