The wood becomes saturated through pure mechanical rubbing -
by hand, with an orbital sander or with a floor machine.
That saves material, time and money.
Open for a long time.
With HS Professional Oil, you have plenty of time after rubbing it in -
because the oil stays open for a long time.
You don’t have to rush in immediately afterward to remove excess oil or polish it out.
Polishing gives the wood its characteristic oiled appearance:
open-pore, matte, natural.
Depending on the surface and conditions, you have up to 60 minutes for this - often even more.
That is worth its weight in gold, especially on large surfaces or when working alone.

The 10:1 booster mix
Even as a 1K system, HS Professional Oil is a confident performer.
If you want to boost it, add the OLI-NATURA Hardener.
In the 10:1 mix, curing accelerates and cross-linking becomes tighter - for greater resistance.
Ideal for kitchen countertops, bathroom furniture & co. exposed to frequent water contact or for very fine final sanding (grit > 180).
Perfect when fast curing is required.
