With or without hardener, this emissions-tested high-solid color oil brings current color inspiration from architecture, interior design, and craftsmanship to wooden floors, furniture, and stairs. Naturally beautiful, healthy for indoor living, and efficient to apply.
The transparent color palette with UV-resistant pigments can be mixed with one another. The shades Signal White and Light Ivory, with their calm, Scandinavian-inspired look, are ideal for light woods such as oak, ash, maple, birch, or spruce. Anyone wanting to showcase oak creatively can combine the HS Professional Oil with OLI-NATURA Antique reactive stain.
The long open time provides plenty of scope for buffing, offering a real advantage especially on larger surfaces. The low viscosity ensures pleasantly easy handling, while the fast curing time is impressive even without hardener. In combination with OLI-NATURA Hardener (mixing ratio 10:1), the curing time is significantly reduced and the surface’s resistance increases.
The certified quality is emissions-tested, DIBt-certified, and compliant with TRGS - ideal for professional use indoors.

Wood is unique - and that is exactly what makes it exciting. The color effect depends on the type of wood, its condition, sanding, and application. Our color images are for guidance only and may differ from the actual result. It is therefore best to test the color oil beforehand on a small area!

How to use Colour HS Professional Oil: colour and oil furniture, worktops, stairs and floors
Preparation: The wood must be clean, dry and absorbent. Remove old film-forming coatings. Do not sand floors and stairs finer than P100–120, or furniture and worktops finer than P180. Sand evenly and thoroughly remove dust. If necessary, pre-treat with diluted OLI NATURA® PreOilCleaner Allow to dry completely before oiling, smooth any raised wood fibres if necessary and remove dust again. Do not use PreOilCleaner before OLI NATURA® Antique.
Tip: Apply a test coat to similarly prepared wood and assess the colour effect after drying. The type of wood, its natural colour and the sanding finish affect the colour tone.
Optional with hardener: Mix 10 parts oil with 1 part OLI NATURA® Hardener thoroughly and process immediately. The hardener improves pigment binding and accelerates curing. Pot life for coloured variants: approx. 1–2 hours. Only mix the amount required.
Furniture, stairs and worktops: Stir the oil thoroughly before and during application to keep the pigments evenly distributed. Apply thinly and evenly and work in with a beige pad. Allow to penetrate for approx. 30–60 minutes. Re-oil areas that absorb quickly if necessary. Remove excess oil and polish with a white pad until the surface feels dry to the touch.
Floors: Work in sections of 10–15 m². Apply the oil thinly and evenly with a short-pile roller or squeegee and work it in with a beige pad within 30–60 minutes. Re-oil areas that absorb quickly if necessary. Remove excess oil and polish with a white pad until the surface feels dry to the touch. Do not leave any excess oil on the surface.
Coverage: One coat; approx. 20–40 ml/m² (25–50 m²/l), depending on the type of wood, sanding finish and absorbency.
Drying: Dust-dry after approx. 1–2 hours, carefully walkable after approx. 24 hours and fully cured after approx. 5–7 days. With hardener, the surface cures faster. Protect from water and heavy use until fully cured and do not clean with a damp cloth.
Application conditions: The material, wood and surroundings must be at a temperature of +15 to +25 °C during application. Ensure sufficient ventilation during application and drying.
Safety – Risk of spontaneous combustion: After use, completely soak oil-soaked cloths and pads with water, then spread them out to dry outdoors. Avoid heat accumulation.

Oiled wood surfaces retain their natural charm through regular cleaning and care. Dust and light dirt can be removed with a dry or slightly damp cloth - never wipe wet! Parquet should ideally be vacuumed or swept daily, as sand can cause fine scratches.
OLI-NATURA wood soap cleans gently without damaging the wood. For refreshing the surface, OLI-NATURA wood maintenance oil or - for light shades - the OLI-NATURA Refresher are suitable. Alternatively, the colored HS Professional Oil can be used as a pigmented maintenance oil mixed in a 1:2 ratio with OLI-NATURA oil thinner.
Care intervals depend on use and wear. If the surface becomes dull or repels water less effectively, it is time for re-oiling
The product is not subject to labeling requirements. The mixture is not classified as hazardous within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008. It does not need to be labeled with GHS hazard pictograms or signal words and is not classified as dangerous goods.
Safety instructions
Oil-soaked cloths/pads can spontaneously ignite due to heat buildup! Therefore, clean them immediately after use or store them under water. Keep out of reach of children.
