Colours in the set:
Natural, Cotton White, Light White, Ash Grey, Charcoal Grey, Pepper Black, Coffee Brown, Safran Red – all colours are transparently pigmented, UV-stable and can be mixed with one another. This also allows you to create your own shades.
The oils are easy to apply – a second coat intensifies the colour effect.
Why testing is worthwhile:
The final appearance depends heavily on the type of wood. We therefore recommend testing the colour on a sample piece beforehand – before applying it to the finished piece of furniture or staircase. That is exactly what this set is designed for!
Note on light shades:
Cotton White and Light White reduce the wet-look enhancement and create a raw-wood-like appearance on light woods. On dark woods, a slight haze may develop.
Before use shake well, as pigments may settle at the bottom. Simply apply, let it soak in, and polish with the included pad. A second coat intensifies the color effect.

CREATE TEST AREAS – HERE’S HOW
Step by step:
Sanding
Sand your chosen wood evenly – final sanding up to max. 240 grit.
Make sure the sanding is clean – sanding flaws are unforgivingly visible with colored oils.
Tape off areas & prepare pads
Tape off equally sized test areas and cut 8 equally sized pad pieces .
- Shake the bottle thoroughly
The color pigments tend to settle – so shake the bottle vigorously before useso everything is distributed evenly.
Apply the oil
Apply some oil to each test area. Spread it with a brush or cloth pad. Let it soak in briefly, then polish it with the white polishing pad .
Too much oil? Remove it!
Is there still too much oil on the surface? First remove it with a soft cloth, then polish it with the white pad.
Allow to dry
Let your sample dry overnight. If needed, you can apply a second coat the next day – a second coat intensifies the color effect. Now you can clearly see how the color looks on your wood.
💡 Good to know:
It will be fully cured after 5–8 days.
